I'm looking for a way to include a personalized Google Map (My Maps) inside my website. I see that this website has done exactly what I want to do, including listing the places on the map on the side.

Anyone know how to do this?

Use the module called Gmap

http://drupal.org/project/gmap

There are a few other map modules as well.
