help! broke captcha config page

I have a site that allows anonymous users to upload images.
I was using ReCaptcha to do it.
I also turned on some math captcha's for login and such, but wasn't happy with the result.

I turned it all off (cant remember if i disabled the module or just turned of on the captcha settings page) and installed Mollom..

Mollom is great but I still need recaptcha for the image upload section (i can't imagine Mollom stopping spam there).
However, the CAPTCHA settings page goes blank.

I tried:
- deleting anything captcha related from the db
- reinstalled Captcha module
- reinstalled ReCaptcha module

But nothing worked..
Does anyone have a clue? I was already beta testing this site but now I had to take it offline..
