Cannot access database error page

Occasionally, Yahoo takes down the mySQL database server. This causes the "Cannot access database" error page to be displayed to the world. This page contains my user id for the database and the server. In this day and age of security concerns, I would like to change this and not show this information to the world. Has anyone else attempted to do this? Thought I would ask before I start ripping thru code.
