Hi Everyone,
I've been an avid drupal user for awhile now, and want to give back to the community. I'm creating a website filled with video tutorials for drupal. The videos are for drupal 5.x and 6.x and go from installing all the way to advanced operations.
Just started and only have 4 videos, but there are lots more to come.
Comments welcome as this is for you guys!

Many new things
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to update the Drupal community. I've been adding videos non-stop for the past few days. I'm thinking about adding a "request a video" feature where users can request a video pertaining to a problem their having. What does everyone think?
Regards,
Andrew
I like the idea of being
I like the idea of being able to request video help, although you may become inundated with requests. I had thought of doing a drupal video site msyelf, but my experience is more noob or newbie level. I am working on my first site (in Drupal 6) and hope to learn as I go. I run into stumbling blocks at times, but that is part of the fun.

I thought about that, and
I thought about that, and may integrate a voting system for videos as well. That way I could work on videos that are in high demand. There are definitely stumbling blocks with learning Drupal, but once you understand it Drupal is awesome.

After quite a long time of not posting any new videos I finally have time to make more!
This economy kind of cut my ecommerce sites revenue by about 60% so I had to pour all my work into them.
Anyway, there is a new video up today and I'm really going to try and do one or two per day.
PLUS, I'm hoping to post DUG Toronto videos up there to. Just have to get to a meeting ;-).

In the event anyone comes to this page looking for Drupal video tutorials, I've tried to pick up the slack. You can find my tutorials at www.torontowebsitedeveloper.com/drupal-video-tutorials. They are free and I will continue to make free training videos.
You can also request video tutorials on a specific topic and I'll do my best to accomodate.
Thanks!

Thanks so much! Two really helped me.
If I were to request one it would be how to put videos into drupal. Preferably with a page that has thumbnails and then clicking takes you to the video or even better, pops up. Just the videos that would be used would have to be on your server, not from youtube or vimeo.
That's great, I'm glad the
That's great, I'm glad the videos helped.
You are the second person to mention a tutorial about videos in drupal in as many days.... think i know what the next one will be on. I'm going to try and release them once a week - ambitious but hopefully doable.
