I've noticed that if I uninstall the module and delete the applicable entries in the variable and system tables, and then reinstall the module, administration form field values will persist from the previous installation if I do not also empty the variables cache. Is it appropriate for my uninstaller to delete the cache.variables field without notifying the user?
