The uninstall hook is not implemented in the .install file. I have implemented this and attached a patch.

Committed to D5 and D6 dev branches.

D5 version - Added a note about some apparently deprecated settings, and made sure all of the ones actually in use are there.

D6 version - Also commented out the two tables that are never created, with notes about coming back when recurring functionality is added in.

Tested in D6, no trash was left in the DB after uninstall.
