The templates that are referenced for import are missing. The URLs are malformed.

http://ldapprov/template/xml

http://ldapprov/template/csv

are the links generated by the module in the Account Management->pending tab

Hence there are no templates. :(

Thanks for reporting it. I have put back missing template links. They are under pending accounts "Upload accounts" fieldset. Committed to cvs.
