Feedback 2.0 hangs

Hi:

Great module. Tried installing on 2nd server with same settings and it just hangs after submitting the feedback.

Any clues or direction you might extend so I could determine what the problem might be?

Drual 5.9, Apache 2, FreeBSD, Feedback 2.0, update jquery applied...
