Cant see how to add a block to a panel

I have several cck forms that I made which create a block.
They no longer show in the pop up window?
I can't figure out how to find the node number of the blocks, so I am stuck

I really think the enlarging the text in the pop up window was a good Idea. Now if you would enlarge the window is would be perfect.
