scheduled node creation

Hi,

How would I go about scheduling a node to be created of a pre defined custom content type, filled out with specific content (specifically using the textile input filter)? I have looked at the various scheduler modules and they all relate to publishing content on a schedule which isn't what I"m looking for. I've also looked at drush hoping it might allow creating nodes from the command line, then run an rcon command to schedule it, but no luck there either.
