hello friends!
I'm working with the RESTAPI module (http://drupal.org/project/restapi) which is hardly working, and I've brought it to some kind of a proper state - I wouldn't say complete or release, but it does what it's supposed to do (alpha?). I've also added features (get login, comments, buddy)
I've extended some other incomplete modules and fixed bugs.
how do i contribute?
how do i share?

There's a nice "Contribute" tab in the menu above (top-right). ;-)

The short answer is, post an issue in the module's issue queue (you can attach your code). More than likely the maintainer will request a patch for your code (there's a couple of videos for rolling drupal patches over at drupaldojo.net). If the module is not being actively maintained, you can apply to take it over.
