When the Menu breadcrumb module is active, parts of code is printed out instead of the pagetitle. This happens only on the "Add User"-page. I attached an image of how it looks like.

Any ideas why?

see #303247: Menu Breadcrumb setting active menu to undesirable menus.
There is a link there to the admin_menu issues.

See if it fix this as well.
