The module will only work in the following "Persistence" setting: Always show IE Destroyer and normal output will not be shown. It does not work in "Always show IE Destroyer". It does not matter if the "Severity" is Bar or Billboard, it will only work in that 1 setting. Ideally, I would like people to see my website but also get the notice. I feel that not allowing them to view the website makes it seem like there is something wrong with my website. Any ideas of what may causing this issue? I have followed the instructions and places the both recommended codes in my template file.

I took out one of the codes instead of putting both of them as recommended and that seemed to have fixed the issue.
