Hi all,
I know this may look like a 'filters' related issue, but i want to check here first. The ecards module is working really well - i am using the latest version for Drupal 5.
My default input Filter HTML allows line breaks and not tag. I do not use TinyMCE (i figured id do it when i upgrade to D6 when Imagefield for d6 is done).
Right now, every day some spammers are using my site to use ecards in their posts, sent out to thousands no doubt, and their ecard msgs are filled with links to their crappy ad 'you have spyware!!!' banner sites. Right now, however, I can't filter out the tag (or implement line breaks to make the posts nicer) in that field.
The (default) Filter HTML input format works well with other content types but it's not kicking in for the message field in the ecards. The only thing i can do is manually delete these spammer's posts from the database, but it's getting to be a pain in the neck.
It's possible I'm missing something here. I hope I am, which is why i'm writing here: please tell me im stupidly overlooking something. I have rummaged for a few hours through this site, but havent found anything like this problem. If no one has any ideas, ill do the TinyMCE install, which looks like the easiest thing to do. I just haven't felt a need for it so far and the site looks clean without it.
Thanks, however, for your good work on this module !

Won't fix for Drupal 5 sorry! Please use the capture module to secure the ecard module!
