site building>>modules>>addresses is enabled
site building>>modules>>addresses phone/fax is enabled
site building>>modules>>addresses users is enabled

site configuration>>addresses all fields set to normal
site configuration>>addresses possible countries set to Canada, Mexico and United States

The phone and fax fields with labels show up in Address Book tab of my account.
Anything I key in is never retained.

Phpmyadmin was used to review the structure of the addresses database.
The following variables are on the table:
aid, eid, atype, aname, street, additional, city, province, country, postal code, is_primary

There are no variables on the addresses table for phone numbers.

Could you provide some guidance?

for this last release, i changed the storage api for users' addresses. i need to integrate it with custom fields, like phone/fax.
