If you install the schema module, http://drupal.org/project/schema, a number of schema related errors will be reported at /admin/build/schema/compare.

I installed webform 6.x-2.1-1 first and then upgraded to 6.x-2.1.2.

A lot of these are errors in the way Schema does the comparison. See #323472 Erroneous Column Comparisons Reported.
