Hi I fathom if this can rate the content, it should be able to rate specific comment attached to the content. Sort of like "this is not a great content" or "wow - great comment."

How can this be done using this module?

Comment-rating cannot be done.

You may want to look into a clone of Digg or reddit.

I'm not sure, but http://drupal.org/project/extra_voting_forms gives the all possibility is needed: voting api integration, comments voting, themeable widgets etc...

Will plus1 compete with that module? Have plus1 any advantages is comarison with extra-voting-forms (except simplicity)?

@Chill35 - would you accept a patch that adds this feature? I need some sort of 'recommend' feature on comments soon. Am considering Plus1.

Since the Voting API integration, I think it will be relatively easy to implement.

Moshe, you are welcome to submit a patch. If not, I may get around to this soon. I can't see that it would be so hard, other than adding the widget to the comment, since the comment module (at lease before D7) is not terribly current on Drupal technology.
