podarokwhy are there only @Head@ and @4.x@ versions in posting fields for this (Ukrainian translation) project?????

aclight commentedThis issue does not belong in the drupal.org infrastructure queue. The only versions that are available to choose in the "Version" field of issues are those that have release nodes, either development snapshots or official releases. It's possible that the Ukranian translation is no longer being actively maintained, and if that's the case take a look at How to deal with abandoned modules.
In any case, translations for contributed modules need to be handled in those individual queues, not in the core or drupal.org infrastructure queue. You can either file an issue in each queue with your translation as an attachment, or you can request CVS access and commit the changes yourself.
