I am using something to modify the default contact form, is there an easy way to make it work with this as well?

The specific module is Contact Forms, should this post be placed in that project's issues as well?

I would not be opposed to adding the requested functionality to this module, but I have other things I'm working on right now, so it would be a while before it happened.

You might try posting a feature request on the Contact Forms issue queue to see if the author would be more likely or able to add the functionality to his module, since I think it would be easier to add it to that module than this one.

Also, if you have the capability, you could submit a well formed patch that includes the functionality, and it might get included sooner. The same concept might also apply to the Contact Forms module, but you will have to contact the author to find out.

If you were to submit a patch for this module, please keep in mind what I wrote under "Current progress" on the front page. I will be making some rather massive code changes, which could invalidate whatever patch you submitted.

I posted a similar issue in the contact forms issue queue. After that is responded to, I may take up the development of a patch in one of the modules to do it.

As you implied, I would think it easier to add the functionality to the other module, so if I make a patch it will probably be for that module rather than this one.
