I currently translate the workflow module into german and need information about the string 'Action set %title to %state.' Could you tell me when this string appears (is it after an action? is it displayed to the screen or to a log?) and what %title (node title?) and %state (workflow state?) .

It is used as the message that will be written into the workflow history log. See attached screenshot.
