Description
Currently the tagadelic "chunks" just have a title matching the taxonomy vocabulary. IMO it would be good to have atleast an option for these pages to also show the vocabulary description on the same page.

Just for clarification: "chunks" means "blocks"? And the vocabulary description should appear as part of the block?
