When og_notify is activated, I get a blank page after I create a group. And if I then go back to the homepage, I get the following error:

user warning: Duplicate entry '1' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO og_notify (nid, notify) VALUES ('1', '0') in mysite/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.
