"add new comment" and "read more" links appears above, not below, node summary

Description

When viewing nodes on the home page, the "add new comment" and "read more" links appear to the right of the date above the node summary.

Generally, one does not leave a comment until after reading an article, so "add new comment" may make more sense at the bottom.

"read more" definitely makes no sense at the top of the article. "read more" should be at the bottom to cue the reader that there is more than what appears in the summary. Otherwise, positioning it anywhere else obscures the fact that there is more content.

Thanks, that was to keep in line with the original theme but I have now changed it.
