I would like to disable this option, or control it better! It can easily be used to spam a bunch of people:(

naheemsays commentedThose people have the option to block the spammer from sending them more messages. Is that not enough?
MGParisi commentedcan I make it a feature request?
I love private message except for that...
mrtoner commentedEh? Is this a support request? If so, then at Administer >> Modules you need to disable Privatemsg.
If this is a feature request, then this issue should be marked as such, and the request needs to be worded in such a way as to actually ask for a feature.

MGParisi commentedI didnt want to change the status on you and leave you hanging, sorry!
mrtoner commentedI'm still unsure what the feature request is? This module allows authenticated users to send and receive private messages; how do you want to see this module limited in what it does?
MGParisi commentedUnder the private message section their is a tab called "Contacts". With that tab, you can select all of your contacts and send them a private message. I dont want users to be able to send private messages to more then one person. The path of the form is "privatemsg/contacts"

berdirI'm closing old issues since Privatemsg for Drupal 5 is not maintained anymore. I suggest you switch to Drupal 6 if possible, many of the reported issues are probably already resolved there and if not, you're welcome to open a new issue.
