Provide a way to create a Reblog button without putting Zemanta items on a page

Description

I absolutely LOVE the Reblog button! I was hoping to be able to put a Reblog button on any page, but found that it only appears when you put one of the Zemanta items (image, links, etc) on the page, and it's not something that can just be linked easily. I would love to be able to place just that button, even if I don't use any of the other Zemanta items. In fact, it would be even more awesome if I could include that button on other pages as well, even if they don't use Zemanta when creating them. Is there a way to create that button dynamically, even when other Zemanta items are not used on the page? If not, would it be possible?

We're thinking of how to add this functionality. We're still debating internally, so I don't have an concrete answer, but we're listening and trying to figure out what would be the best way to implement this across all our platforms.
