Hello,
At the moment (I think this is as default) when I creating a new node, I fill all fields and at the bottom I have Meta Tags form with description and keyword fields to fill. But to display it I have to click on the name and it will scroll the view so I can see it. How to set it up as default to display meta tags fields in edit mode, without "clicking" on the name ?
Regards

Fixed in 5.x-1.10 (released later today). The behaviour will be:

  • for new nodes: expand the "Meta tags" fieldset so users can fill in values,
  • when editing existing nodes: the "Meta tags" fieldset is expanded if there are values filled in, collapsed otherwise.

Thanks.

I prefer not to have the fieldset expanded. Is there any call for an option to be added to allow the user to choose? If so, I'll make a patch.

This seriously annoys me now!

I much prefer a nice clean edit form. When it is expanded it looks cluttered and makes me look at it to see what it is. I don't want to be editing my meta tags every time I view the edit page.

This actually makes the whole edit form slightly less usable. Please change it back!

Please make the fieldset collapsed!

The code has been changed as asked from who opened the report. If you think it is better to always have the module field set collapsed, you should open a different report.
