Issue Summary
The text entered into the Help Text box seems to be ignored. Only the default help text appears, even when there is text in the Help Text box [i.e., Use "." as the decimal separator and (optionally) " " as the digit group separator. You can only enter two decimals.] Is there a special trick for this?

Probably I never tested this because I never use it. Will be fixed when I find the time, which might take a long time. Sorry.
