Default local task menu item fails when accessed directly

As the title said, if you browse to /admin/settings/image/nodes you get an error b/c the menu item isn't specifying the file to load. The fix is to remove the page callback and arguments keys from that menu item so it can inherit the information from the parent menu item.

Patch attached does just this, tested on a personal site.
