Example token authentication URLs in user profile tab have wrong format

To reproduce:

1. Install module Token Authentication.
2. Go to user profile for any account.
3. Click on Token Authentication tab.
4. Look at URL for "Front Page".

Expected result: URL for "Front Page" has "token=whatever" in query string.
Actual result: URL has "token=token=whatever" ("token=" is doubled.)
