Hi All,
On my site http://newskicks.com i have installed drupal using fantastico due to which i was not able to suppport it characters.so i have figured out a solution.
convert two fields body and title your node_revision table to utf by going through phpmyadmin.if it gives some error then export the table and change the above two colums to utf in the exported file and then again import that file.it works for me on http://newskicks.com
