I created a page (turned out to be node/92).
I created an action (Redirect to URL > node/92).
I assigned a trigger (assigned "Redirect to URL" to Users > After a user has logged in).
I logged out, then back in as a regular user.
I didn't get redirected.
Any ideas?

read a post claiming,
there has to be some problem with drupal_goto() function. but didn't understand anything..
