Is it possible to not display "link operations" link under each node (where relativity is enabled). Instead, is it possible to display the links in just a block specified by the admin. Also, is it possible to remove "link operations" links from nodes? I don't want this shoing up on all nodes (where relativity is enabled).

Should be easy - set "Link operations" weight to 0 in "Display settings". You can also configure a separate block to show link operations.

One more question (I don't know if I should create another request for this).

Will node relativity work alongside Node Hierarchy module? Node Hierarchy creates one to many relationships. I currently use this module to structure my site and am planning to use relativity for intuitive content creation.

Was wondering if there'll be any conflict between these modules.

The two modules are not related, so there should not be any conflicts.
