Issue Summary
Any possibility that this feature of uploading PDF's will be made to work with CCK? If this is a possibility, please let me know as my team may be able to help/contribute funds.

Yes, it's possible to integrate with CCK. I originally *was* creating it for CCK, then bailed on that because webform.module fit our particular needs better. So most of the CCK integration is already there (albeit buggy), all that needs to be done is translate changes in pdf_webform.inc to pdf_cck.inc (since the latter is out of date).
