Undrupalize the interface so it doesn't need to be modified to be used by anyone but the Drupal Association.

I probably should have been sleeping rather than writing this code, but I wanted to be able to make it simpler to use this great module.
I just wanted more of the values that are hard coded into the module to be available in the settings. This includes some of the currency issues mentioned elsewhere.
I wanted to be able to accept donations in CDN funds. Anyways, hopefully it can be incorporated so that it is easier for everyone to use.
