Customising form and display

I would like to achieve :

Form :
1. remove "Review" textarea which is by default compulsory field for each axis. And instead only use 1 review textarea and a review title field. similar to http://drupalmodules.com/node/316/addreview
2. Put this review form inside a panel pane

Display
1. Get average of each axis
2. Get average of all axis (WITH different axis has different WEIGHT/percentage)
2. Get total number of votes

Too many things in one issue? hmm ..better than putting up so many issue, isn't.
The readme.txt does not provide a guideline to customize this. Using views to display result also not as straight forward :-)
This http://www.lullabot.com/articles/a_review_of_node_review_modules does not explain much, interm of customization.
