Or just a more detailed explanation.
This module looks like it could be interesting, but what does this mean:
"themed as a "Tagadelic" block in the same vein as the tagadelic module"
As a cloud, I take it? but of what? the node titles? and what controls the weight of the cloud items? A screenshot would be a huge start.

This is the official demo of Tagadelic module:

As it was said: Tagadelic *Views* is implementation of Tagadelic module
for Views module. That means, that you can create clouds of everything
(titles, tags, taxonomy terms, etc.) with Views module and its 'Tagadelic'
display style. There is also working patch for 6th Drupal.
You can also try Views Cloud module, but there wasn't correctly working
release for D6.
