How to create view with user karma ratings

Description
I am trying to create block or page view which will show all karma votes which creates user karma rating.
This means that (for example) I wish to create a block which will show a list of recent 30 items which received karma ratings from other users.
The thing is that my users complain that their carma rating is not transparent since there is no way to easily find all ratings which are used to calculate their karma.
