image module patch & image_import module [#29377]

Hi, i am using image module latest non-cvs version and image_import module together - all working correctly. I am creating galleries with no problem. But I needed in image galleries some "prev - next" navigation, so I applied patch i found here to image module. Patch is working well, but only if I am importing images individually, via create content - image. When I create two or more images in gallery, the "prev - next" navigation appear correctly after each image.

But - when I import images in group via image_import module, import runs correctly, images are copied physically into selected folder, but when I look into gallery - there are none :(( So even if image_import module reports no error during importing mass of images, it somehow dont put it in selected gallery. It started doing this after i patched image module, before it, it was working fine.

Can you help me on this?

I'm the developer of the image_import module. I don't have a ready answer for this, but wanted to identify myself and indicate that I am interested in this problem. I didn't happen to see this post until now, because I'm not one of the developers for image.module.

Could you be kind enough to update me on what version(s) of everything you are currently running, and whether you are still having the problem? I've posted a couple of new CVS versions of image_import.module since your last post on this issue, and tagged one version for DRUPAL-4-6. (Note that the *current* HEAD version is a work-in-progress being ported to Drupal 4.7 -- it won't work on older versions, so be sure to check out the DRUPAL-4-6 branch.)

I would very much like to know if you still experience this problem after installing the latest DRUPAL-4-6 version of image_import.module.
