I've installed the diff module, but I don't see anywhere to configure anything. Diff doesn't show up in the Administer by Module or User Access Control pages, and I don't get the Revisions tab even as Admin.

Not seeing any docs and feeling kinda stupid here, what am I missing, please?

Go to a node with several revisions or in case you don't have such a node yet, create a few revisions for a node. Follow the revisions tab /node/[nid]/revisions and you will see a list of the revisions and the possibility to diff them.

right - also be sure to enable diff for that content type on the administer > content types page
