I tried searching around but found no such module... does anyone know of a module that provides the option to report a post?
If there isn't such a thing yet... I am sure many sites would love such a module so maybe we can put together some cash and put up a bounty for it.

What do you mean with "report a post"? Do you mean something like "tell a friend about this article" or some sort of submission queue a la slashdot or something completely different?

Like report this post to an admin... on huge sites it sometimes needed... phpbb3 is going to have this feature...

I don't think this is possible at the moment, but you could file a feature request. There's a "contact" button which you can use to contact users of the site (if they enabled that), I guess that could be used, too (?)
