I have TinyMCE working ok on my site, however I find that I cannot enable all the toolbar icons that I need as the toolbar is only 2 icons high so once they icons hit the edge of the text area, they disappear beyond the themes border. Is there any way to change the layout/height of the toolbar to be 3 icons high instead

This version of TinyMCE is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
