I think Drupal's framework is unique among other php open source projects. So I want to use it in my non CMS projects too. I think module system, template system and database layer are most important parts but how I can work with other parts like menu system, blocks and other stuff that may not be necessary for non cms projects?
In fact I want to know how it's possible to use this framework for every modular php project?

if your site is for ecommerse or else please see demo of all drupal sites and among that u can download anyone as your requirements and then you can change in css file with .tpl file
