Not a major issue, I just re-enabled body for the moment but if disabled you get the nasty image_not completed text in the body of your images.

Nice update btw, not to sure about taking over the node submit button, my image has cck fields as well which are shown below the image select button so the "submit" button is now on top of the cck fields (and can't rearrange them through cck).

I can't see this tag. It should be normally removed if body field keeps empty. Please provide a screenshot.

Did you use 6.x-1.1 beta3? It's recommend to use this version!

Problem is when you clear body in the content type settings for image, in which case no body fields show on the list_images page.
