Issue Summary
There are several strings that are not yet translatable (the are not within a pot file generated):
On page admin/build/mail-edit the links 'Add de' or 'Add en' are untranslatable. Also the header 'Mailkey' ist not translatable.
On page admin/build/mail-edit/user_register_admin_created/de (e.g.) there is an untranslatable header 'Create new user_register_admin_created template for de language'.
On this page the fields for description and subject could be a little longer, too.

There are actually a whole host of strings that are not translatable. I've gone through with the help of the potx module and patched the module to improve translation.

Ignore that last patch, had a stray parenthesis still there.
#3
Found one more string to translate via Coder so updated patch

@jaydub:
Hmm, you suggested to commit #916560: Coding standards cleanup first but we got stuck in 'needs work' state.
I've committed this one now.
Unfortunately I failed to give you proper credit in the commit message. This was not intentional and I apologize for that.
