Hi,
I need a very beautiful drupal theme developed. It is for a real estate development company in the caribbean. I will provide a logo and house style to create the site from.

I will need 3 mockups for the client to choose from. Once the client has chosen then you will need to over to programming the css theme.

The project will pay about $200 - $250

well... I do not do graphics design, just sometimes process some graphics into a drupal theme, however I've never seen that "very beautifull drupal theme developed" in three mockups would be worth of $200 - $250... Based on your requirement you want some professional work, but trust me, I do not know any professional graphics designer that would be just willing to wake up from his bed for this money :( ... please get real

I totally agree with you on this. I would think $2000-$3000 would be a more realistic range.

but i dont have money but hey:why do you need money?to buy food and house? that is ridicilous.

For $200-$300 you might find half decent layout design but asking for 2 extra mockups + xhtml/css is pushing it.

Oh well. at least its better than some other people who dont even tell people about their budget. Then tell you that it should be "Fine". Then you find out what the budget is after drafting up the proposal.
