GMAP only semi-multilingual?

I have GMAP installed with the typical Location modules as well as the i18n Internationalization module. I have everything working fine when the site is in English or Spanish, the map displays properly, all's ok. But when the language changes to arabic, or russian, or french, the map on the homepage is no where to be found. Using FF Firebug, it doesn't look like the block the map is contained in is even being called. Here's some specs:

I racked my brain and tried everything I could think of, even creating translations of the nodes that appear on the map, it is still unsuccessful. The view of the map that I created is at http://ifp.hidefdev.com/incidents and that also does not display correctly in those three languages.

Anyone have a clue as to what the problem could be?
