The theme images are not available in the download. The images are uploaded to the CVS repository but there is was a problem with the branch and tagging. You will need to download the attached zip file and extract the images folder inside the delicious_fruit folder so that inside the delicious_fruit folder is a folder called images.

I am currently working with the CVS admin to help clear up this issue.
