I am looking for somebody who can create a complete news portal based on 5.x or 6.x depending upon the availability of modules.

Currently the site is running 4.7, and I'd like the person to either migrate or help me migrate data which is using flexinode(2 content types)

If i were to clone a site, and not define the requirements, I'd go with utvi.com. You can have a look at it and then quote. We cannot support live exchange data and other things as of now, so you can leave those out.
