Hello,
I see a lot of modules (acidfree, imagefield,...) that start to implement decompress functionality. Shouldn't it be a core functionality to enable decompression of for example zip files?
It would be nice to be able to upload a zip file, have it decompressed on the server and see all the individual files (that correspond to the file extensions/mime-type) as seperate attachments. So then a lot of modules could use this functionality to have users upload images/pictures (into albums for example) in 1 time instead of one by one.
PS: for extra large uploads (videos, large zips,...) having the issues solved for the uploadprogress module would also be great.
