I'm running a site that's in 4 languages (English, Japanese, Spanish and Portuguese), and I need to display the site-specific user registration guidelines in multiple languages.

I'm talking about the contents of the User registration guidelines field on http://[mysite.org]/admin/user/configure. I'm using both localization.module and i18n.module, but neither of them provides a way to translate this or any of the other strings, like Mission Statement.

I too am wondering how to translate user registration guidelines so that people can read them in only the language they choose, prior to registering.

Please help. I need the "user registration instruction" in multiple languages.
It isn't solved in the latest drupal 6. If someone has some hack for this
would be realy great.
